Our Organization: Students for Democratic Education is a coalition of UWSP students who are concerned about increasing corporate control over our education. We are highly decentralized, each individual or small group operating independently to mobilize our campus against increasing corporate dominance.
If you're concerned about the corporatization of our education, then you are part of Students for Democratic Education. We have no members, no leadership, no vertical hierarchical structure. Instead, through cooperation, mutal aid, and democratic action, we form a solid and strong coalition of individuals concerned about the same issues. Our Staff We have one full time staff person who works solely on campus democracy issues for UWSP. She doesn't eat; she doesn't sleep. She just kicks ass... Marg Williams
